Königsberg marzipan
Königsberg marzipan is an exquisite variety of marzipan distinguished by its intense flavor. Velvety texture enclosed in a small cookie. Thanks to the limited amount of sugar, the taste of almonds is full of depth. Today, Königsberg marzipan is a cherished symbol of the culture and heritage of Warmia and Mazury, a perfect gift for lovers of traditional confectionery.
Cobblestone Cake
A true hallmark of the region is a cake known for its unusual shape – Cobblestone. It is an aromatic gingerbread stuck together from small balls layered with any kind of paste. In appearance it resembles street cobblestones, hence its name. The recipe is based on products from local suppliers. The rich flavor of the gingerbread, slightly sweet, is broken with more sour homemade jam.
